The option to edit application form is most usually provided before the fee payment is done. But sometimes it involves fee payment at first, then filling the details of fee payment, so your application is not finalized atlast you can do preview and edit. Some institutes allot time to edit/change the application after submission for a specified tome period during which you can do this.
So depending on this you can do appropriately. If this is not possible you may contact enquiry/help section of the Admission/Application/Institute.
