Hello Dear,

When you are a new user, you can Sign Up on Website using your Email ID. On signing up, you will get a verification link in an email on your registered email id. You need to click on the link to verify your account.  After that when you click on the forget email id you will get the same link on your email id again. You can click on the link again to know your email id.
