Azure query if you want to know whether the Council of basic and Technical Education Delhi is registered by NCVT or not. 

would like to tell you that all you need to do is to visit the site of the Council of basic and Technical Education Delhi and in the application section you can let yourself know that whether this is registered by NCVT or not and the other way is that you can go to the site of NCVT and therefore there you can find that whether the Council of basic and technical education is registered there or not.
