Scoring 120 marks in joint entrance exam is not a big and difficult thing. You can score 120 marks will you follow the mention below things regular:

Try to solve previous year question papers regular.
Makeup proper time table priority wise and follow the same
Try to avoid distractions which restrict you from studying such as mobile phone and television
Try to work on week areas and take guidance of a teacher or a already jee qualified candidate if possible.
