Well , it is great that you have a target of scoring perfect 720 . Well whether you score 720 or 705+ you will be the topper. These are the things which you can do to get at the top

See physics can only be tackled by regular practice.Number of formulae are limited and only the values or the wording of the questions get twisted each year.Be thorough with NCERT formulae which are a basic fundamental which cannot be overlooked.In Physics for theoretical questions NCERT shoukd be followed .Read all the lines no matter how useless they seem as in modern physics. Back side question should be clear. Follow one book exclusively for numericals like MTG. 

Chemistry

Physical chemistry ke liye I suggest you use a supplementary book as it has numericals , MTG again.

Inorganic chemistry ke liye strictly NCERT (I don't think till date anything beyond NCERT has come.

Organic chemistry .. Most important thing is understanding the chapter BASIC PRINCIPLES AND REACTION MECHANISM.... All the rest of the chapters become cakewalk after this chapter is mastered... You need loads of practice so an extra book (MTG).. And no point repeating but NCERT should be done.

Biology -: Stick to NCERT read them as many times as you can . Be through with it. Pay attention on diagram and there labelling as well. Solve question from MTG and previous year questions.

PREVIOUS YEAR QUESTIONS Should be done in PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY AS WELL.

I am happy to see you dreaming big and being determined for your target. As a medical student myself, I remember how excited I was when I began my preparation as an aspirant. But this is a really long journey and so you need to keep up your motivation throughout. I would suggest you to not be under a lot of pressure of scoring 720 marks.

1. First of all, you must focus on self study. Devote as much time as you can and revise and re-revise the important topics.

3. Try and solve previous year questions in a limited time frame.
