After completing your B.Tech, you need to apply for jobs. If the college provides placement facilities, then you can appear for that. Otherwise, you need to search jobs off-campus. Some top companies which hire Chemical Engineers are ITC, HUL, Schlumberger, Reliance Industries, GloxoSmithKline, L&T Etc. Many PSUs also recruit chemical engineers like SAIL, GAIL, ONGC, Indian Oil Corporation etc.
