Hi Candidate,

First you need to do Online payment.

For that

Go to link(official website i.e. www.gtu.ac.in or SBI Bank Website))

Select State of your old University & “Educational Institutions” from drop downs menus. Go

Select “Gujarat Technological University” (who has passed from GTU) OR other if you belong to other. Submit

Select “MIGRATION FEES” from drop down.

Fill your details (w. r. to university from where you have passed). Submit

See filled detail preview (whether they are correct or not). Proceed

Select payment mode. Pay

Print two copies of paid sleep.

2. Then, go to link (for GTU students)

3. Print this two pages’ form and fill details.

(Or instead of steps 2 & 3, you can get this form directly from Student support window, GTU office)

4. Take this hard copies to the GTU office at Chandkheda, Ahmedabad (Detailed address is written in payment slip)

5. Verify your application at “Student Support Window” with following documents just out side the main office.

Required documents

1. Application form
2. Two copies of payment slip
3. Last attended exams marksheet

6. Submit these in Room A - 003(just confirm the time from the authority)

Wait for few hours as they appoint. Then take your Certificate.
