Amrita School of Pharmacy Pharm D Admission 2022 -

The institution admits students to its five-year Doctor of Pharmacy programme, i.e. Candidates who have completed PUC II or 10+2 with PCB or PCM may apply to the pharmacy department of the university's Ph.D. programme based on their performance on an entrance exam and an interview.

The institute also provides a two-year Pharm D (PB) programme for graduates of the B.Pharm programme who received an overall grade point average of at least 50%.

Application Procedure for Amrita School of Pharmacy 2022 -

Candidates must register on the official website if they intend to apply for admission. However, the candidates seeking admission in M. Pharm and Pharm D (PB) have to register online with a valid GPAT score. The following actions are indicated for candidates to take:

In the online mode:

- Visit the official website and complete the online application form that is present.

- Pay INR 500 via credit card, debit card, or net banking for B. Pharm, INR 1500 for Pharma D, and INR 1000 for M. Pharm and Pharm D(PB).

- After you've double-checked all the information you've supplied, submit the application.

For Offline Mode:

- The prospectus and application form are available to applicants both online and on the university campus.

- Correctly complete the application form.

Attach the documents as listed below:

• 10 th & 10+2-mark sheet and passing certificate
• Bachelor’s degree and mark sheet (for M. Pharm & Pharm D. (PB))
• GPAT/ UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET Admit Card and Score Card
• Migration and Character Certificate
• Medical Certificate and Caste Certificate, if applicable
• Master’s Degree and Mark sheet
• M.Phil Degree, if completed
• UGC-NET Qualification Certificate
• JRF/ Lectureship Certificate
• Coloured Photographs (4 Passport size and 1 stamp size)
• Submit the application form online by paying the application fee of INR 500 for B. Pharm, INR 1500 for Pharm D and INR 1000 for M. Pharm and Pharm D. (PB) through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net-Banking.
