Firstly you have to see the eligibility criteria and if you are eligible for it 

They will have several entrance exams and a required score 

If they have internal procedures for screening such as personal interview GD and all that also has to be taken into account. 

If you belong to a caste category then that would require a certificate from your end and the cut off will be in a lesser domain as well
