To get admission in lower fees the only best option is to get and take admission in any government medical college and for that you really need to work hard because only that can give you satisfaction and fulfill your needs . I hope this was helpful

Yes , you can admission in the college and do your wish course until you have a great relation with the management of the college
If you know the management of the college then you can easily get admission with lower fees
And also some of the upcoming colleges also give admission in very low fees
