Here are the details :

After JEE Mains and Advanced, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) undertakes the counselling session and seat allotment process for JEE Main qualified candidates begins. The JOSAA counselling schedule will soon be updated at josaa.nic.in. JEE Main and Advanced qualifiers will be eligible for JOSAA registration. According to the JEE Advanced dates, the registration process will commence from September 12. The complete JoSAA counselling schedule will soon be issued online.

Now, after a college is alotted to you, you must visit the college on a specified date (it will be notified). It is called physical verification. The document verification occurs at the institute, where the admission procedure is completed. The admission process generally includes submitting documents for 10th and 12th certificates, scorecards of JEE Main, and payment of admission fees.
