if you want to do your masters in any foreign country in technical subjects then you will have to appear in GRE entrance and in a language test like IELETS, TOEFL, PTE(ANY ONE OF THEM).

After clearing exam you will have to apply for the universities in which you want to persue your career with your both entrance's score cards and your UG resume and through a series of tests (like essay writing or report writing) according to that institution norms. If you are selected in all the rounds then you will recieve a confirmation mail.
