Dear Shiva

Shiva the answer is simple , short and accurate i.e inorder to take the the government job after the GATE entrance exam so for that you need to score atleast of good rank which should be under 300 such that PSU will offer you the job based upon your marks secured in the GATE from the respective branch and your interview.
