It would have been helpful if you would have mentioned your category and also the subject in which you want to pursue B.Sc.

However, I'll provide you a generalized idea about their admission criteria. For applying for B.Sc courses you must have passed your 10+2 from a recognized board of education. The selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit.

The cut offs for Holkar College are set quite high. You must have scored 90+ percentage of marks in your board exams for surely getting the admission.
