To get admission into the Pharmacy course, students have to complete their 10+2 education & apply for national level or state level Pharmacy entrance exam. The national level entrance exam is Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). Only if you get percentage according to the government's college criteria in your entrance examination you will get an admission in the government universities to pursue pharmacy course.

Different universities releases their pharmacy admission forms online after you are done with your intermediate. Keep a check on the college you want to take admission in for the release of the application form.
