The first and straightest way to get in Schlumberger is to get admission in IITs.However, Schlumberger also conducts some off campus interviews occasionally to hire field specialists and technicians for various segments.You can upload your resume on its website, and if there are new openings and your resume is attractive then you might get call for interview.
One more way can be if you are already working with some other oil field company and there are openings in Schlumberger, you might directly contact the HR department for an interview and based on your experience you can get a job in it.
