ISRO hires through centralised recruitment process which involves written and interview process. However this is only for cse/it/ECE/mech/physics/maths. Isro nowadays don't recruits much of aeronautics. Reason being isro has its own college which produces avionics , physical sciences students those are automatically inducted into isro.
