Hi!

Lateral Entry admission changes from College to College and State to State. The basic Educational Qualifications to pursue Lateral Entry in B.Sc Medical Lab Technology are:

  • 2 or 3 years Diploma after Class X equivalent.
  • The Diploma must be related to B.Sc MLT such as Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.
  • Minimum marks can vary from 40% - 60% aggregate in 10th equivalent and Diploma.

Hope this is helpful!

All the very best!

Hello student ,

For lateral entry a candidate who has passed 3-year diploma (MLT) after Matric and two-year diploma after 10+2 shall be eligible for admission to the relevant branch of B.Sc. (MLT) in the 2nd year through lateral entry.

But keep in mind that not all colleges give admission to lateral entry .

Hope it helps!
