Dear Jacinta, for all practical purposes, I don't think we have Nursing courses in Distance Education. This is a field which requires you to study and research because once you start working, you should be aware of what you need to do practically. While it is easier to study as of how to help in a hysterectomy, once you start working you should know how to assist in the Operation theatre. Without having practiced during your course, it makes it difficult as how to help the surgeon in the OT. And while studying Master's in Nursing, you should have completed the mandatory duties in every department of the hospital which makes it difficult while studying through distance education.
