EFLU generally uploads sample papers when it opens its admission portals. Those are generally the newest ones.

As for preparations, that differs from subject to subject and course to course.

I’d suggest practicing the sample papers when they come out. That is your best bet.

As you ask for previous year question I want to make you clear that previous year question papers are probably not available. The best thing you can do is taking help of sample papers that are available on different websites. you can reach to these website easily by google for it.
