hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that getting transferred from one college to another is very difficult process especially in private universities . You need to get the No objection certificate from the previous college and provide them to new college in 2nd year start . Getting issuded NOC from college is the hardest part . Colllege ask for the fees of remaining course for providing noc because they dont  want to suffer loss of fees of that seat but due to good name JNVU jodhpur their are chances you will get easily
