Hello.
From the batch of 2015 onward DU has made it compulsory to have mathematics in your class 12th for BCom(H) and BA(Eco hons) course, your best of four will be counted but you need to be passed in maths , doesn't matter it is including in best four or not , your best four may include any three subject excluding optional subjects, + English.
Now SRCC has only two courses BCom(H) and BA(eco hons ) so you don't have chance there but comming to Hansraj college so here  in some other courses like BSc (Computer Science ) you can take admission without maths.
