You can join the Indian Navy after 12 th commerce after passing the NDA i.e. National Defense Exam. Its a entrance examination and its conducted by UPSC twice a year. The age limit eligibility is 16 to 19.5 years. Also check out the link below:

As you belong to commerce stream you can only join Indian Army (not navy) after 12th through NDA entry,or even later after graduation through CDS as far as officer cadre is concerned. Officers joining air force and navy need to be of science background. Other option to join navy can be as education Department officer and for that you need to pursue masters in commerce or any other equivalent degree with minimum 50%.

Procedure for NDA includes

1.Written test,on successful qualifying you will be called for

2. 5 day ssb(interview procedure), recommended candidates will undergo additional

3. 5 day medical test, medically fit candidates have to wait for

4. Final merit list.

But don't give up you can join Indian Army as officer through NDA or CDS Entry after 12th or after graduation for CDS for which you have to qualify the written exam and 5 day ssb interview after which you are sen to Indian military academy or Officer training academy as per your preference for 1.5 years of training and then you become an Indian army officer.
