Enhancing verbal ability is not a one day thing.

It gets better with Continous practice and pondering the subject more and more.

Make a habit of reading an english newspaper. Start with Times of India, it has comparitively easy english. Never miss the editorials given in the newspaper it will side by side increase your GK and GA, general awareness as well.

After a few months you can change it with The Indian Express or The economic times etc.

Start reading books, if you are not a bibliophile start with fiction to generate interest in reading. 

Find meaning of the words and try relating and finding it with its root. 

Go not give up.
