Hello!

For medical entrance (NEET), concentrate on getting your concepts clear first. Study NCERT thoroughly especially for biology as most questions are based on the textbook itself. Same for chemistry too. Solve as many practice questions as possible daily and refer to previous years' question papers also to get a rough idea of the pattern and level of difficulty. Divide your time according to requirement. Make sure to devote more time to your weak areas. Solve questions (especially physics) daily. Practice well and you'll succeed. All the best!

you need not to make time table just make sure to give each subject including in the neet exam 1 hour. so that you can balance all your works properly and side by side prepare your best for neet exam. all the best.
