Hello!!
You can join merchant navy in two ways-
Desk side and engine side,you Can not join on engine side because only marine graduate or mechanical graduate can join into engine side,but you can join into desk side as it requires only plus 2 eligibility,but I don't recommend you to this because this would literally waste your degree in computer science your 4 years of effort will be wasted.
