You have not mentioned your stream in class 12 in the question.

In general, you either prepare for JEE Main (this preparation will almost cover other exams also) or NEET (for biology students).

The basic step is to finish your NCERT and then the textual exercises especially for Physics and Chemistry.

For Physics refer HC Verma (part 1 and 2)

For Chemistry refer previous year question papers.

For Maths refer RD Sharma and JEE Maths by Arihant

For Biology refer NCERT and Pradeep's book
