Hii Nitin..

  1. You should ideally get a law degree, though it will not teach anything valuable about cyber law or cyber law practice, just because it is license to practice law. You can’t practice law unless you graduate from a law college, clear the bar exam (shameless plug: BarHacker Course for All India Bar Examination (AIBE) can help you) and enrol as a lawyer.
  2. If you don’t want to practice as a full fledged lawyer you can still work as a cyber law consultant for many companies, law firms that do cyber law or technology law work, provide electronic evidence collection service etc. That qualifies as a career around cyber law in not in cyber law.
  3. Then comes the real challenging part - how do you learn cyber law? Most people learn by working with other cyber lawyers, or just by starting to handle cyber law matters on their own. You can hasten the learning process by pursuing a cyber law course like this one
  4. Best of luck..
