See for now DMET Lucknow has not released the seat matrix after round 1st of NEET UG counselling so for now it is not possible to see the vacant seat matrix but they have released the list of allotted seats which you can check out from the link given below :-

Also there is a possibility that DMET Lucknow might not released the vacant seat matrix before mop-up round so I would recommend you to keep checking the official websites for latest notifications :-
