It is good to know that you are dedicated towards your goal and eager to work hard.
As a student of 10th class ,you may not be able to start practicing Jee questions as they are not 10th level.
I would suggest you to pay attention towards your physics, chemistry, mathematics subjects.Try to grab the basic things and formulas related.This would give you a good grip of these subjects as you move to +1.Then you may start preparing for Jee and definitely get a good rank.
As for now, concentrate on the above mentioned subjects of your syllabus.

You can either join foundation classes provided by different JEE coaching institutes, so that they can build up your strong foundation from now only. Or I would suggest, since class 10 is a very crucial year, so you should concentrate more on your syllabus for now. Afterall, the topics that you will study in classes 9 and 10 will be elaborately discussed in classes 11 and 12 which will form your JEE syllabus. So from now only, you should the core concepts and formulas properly. This will help you to understand difficult topics in your next classes.
