Hello.

Please update your query and write the name of the exam that you appeared for and of which you want to surrender the seat. Then only can you get a detailed answer for your question. However, it is important to mention that once you surrender your seat ,you might not get another seat , under the rules of some entrance exam. But there are also some counseling processes in which you can apply for the second round of seat allotment. So please mention the name of the exam.
