Mechanical engineering syllabus differ from Institutions to Institutions. You can easily download the PDF of syllabus for the College you are looking for.  However, there are some common subjects which you'll be having no matter where you get admission. 

• Physics/ Chemistry

• Environmental Studies

• Mathematics

• Professional communication

• Computer proficiency

• Basic electronics

• Basic mechanical engineering

• Basic electrical engineering and so on.

It's not mandatory that these subjects will be there. There might some of them or more than them, depending upon the college criteria.
