Noida International University offers Post graduation in MBA for 13 specializations. The eligibility criteria for admission to MBA courses is that a

candidate must have secured 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree. Admission to MBA is done on the basis of CAT 2019/MAT 2019 scores. 

The information for M.Com is not present on the official site so I think NIU doesnt offer MCom degree.

if you have 50% marks in bachelors degree you can apply for masters programme in noida international university. however for admission in mba or mcom there are GD/ PI round you need to crack. first  you need to apply for masters then you will get a call for gd/PI round.
