I hope you are doing good. With reference to your query, I would like to aware you that for getting degree or provisional certificate from the college you need to clear all your backlogs anyhow by the end of 6th semester. What happens is backlog happens in every next semester, for example 1st sem backlogf exams will be conducted in 3rd semester and so on. You need to make sure that you dont have any back in last year because this will cause a year delay
