1.      Counselling will be organized in the notified time period.

2.      You have to verify your original documents and register yourself. No one can be allowed to participate in counselling without registration.

3.      After verification of documents, a merit list will be generated. The higher rank wise seat will be selected.

4.      A screen will show course-wise and college-wise availability of seats.

5.      Once a seat is selected, it cannot be changed.

6.      If the allotment letter issued to you, the authorities will have the right to cancel your allotment if you found tempered and you will forfeit the entire fees paid.

7.      If the original allotment letter is lost, you will lose the selected seat as well.

8.      And there will be 2nd round of counselling also in round 2 counselling all the unfilled, surrendered, forfeited, canceled and newly added seats, if any, will be made available.

9.      All the first round selected will be eligible to participate in the second round.

10.   Who will not select any seat can also participate in round 2
