Dear Anju, once you register with FMSc, MCC will release counselling list. It contains merit list. This will have the State rank that you have secured against your score in NEET. That will be considered as your State Rank.

hello anju, The state ranks would be uploaded soon if the counselling has not begun yet because there are many states where counselling procedure has started for the state quota seats.so, i would request you to keep an eye on the official website for your state rank.Hope you do good.
