The minimum cut off depends on the course and even more on the caste of the applicant. For SC /ST 190 is sufficient. For others, a minimum of 197 is required.

For streams like BioMedical/Textile/Metallurgy/Fashion Technology, you would need 197.5/200

The minimum requirement to get a course like ECE/EEE/CS/IT/Mech is 198.8/200
