Hey, For applying in St. Edmunds College Shillong you will have to fill up their forms. For English honors, the eligibility criteria are 50% in the 12th examination for both Meghalaya Student and Non-Mehgalaya Student.  Selection through a written test which will be held A DAY AFTER THE MEGHALAYA BOARD HSSLC (Arts) Result. You will have to contact the college and ask them about the dates or check their official website for the declaration of the HSSLC result. I hope this helped.
