Be enthusiastic without being obnoxious. Come to theatre if you really want to be a surgeon. Surgery is extremely difficult work. It's also fine if you don't want to do it. Publish, publish, and publish some more... Have a locker and some belongings in it... Find a mentor. Be true to yourself.... Learn the fundamentals of management, leadership, and teamwork.
