Hello Mehak

Hope you are doing well.As per the MHT CET guidelines they might have given you an log in ID ,password and security code for logging into admission portal.There you will be able to download your score card in pdf format.you must take this print as it will be used in counselling session which is likely to be conducted on last week of June.
