I shall share what my seniors follow and shared with me. Being in final year, interneship schedule is quite harsh in many colleges. So, they join mocks tests series from a coaching institute. This allows them to be in touch with the important pg questions. They revise only the notes as time is very limited and at times leave some subjects also. If not cleared in first time, they join classroom and test&discussions of reputed coaching to get preparation for next 6 months.

To get an Ortho seat one must be in top 100 in AIIMS PG.
