Hello reader. 

There is no such thing called school study certificate required for counselling.  You just need your marksheets of 10th 12th and a character certificate from your school. 

If I am not wrong you are asking for college counselling. So they just want to know your domain of interest and they will guide you and present some options in front of you regarding your interest and according to your marks
