how do i prepared for jee main 2020 in 50 days

Set your targets and achieve them targets daily. Quality should be prioritized over quantity. Hours of study don't matter... But the quality matters. So you should win each day by achieving your daily targets and then one day you will be able to achieve your jee mains target too.

Now coming to how to prepare, toh Practice maths as much as possible by solving more and more questions. For physics too, SOLVE more and more number of mcqs as possible. And start reading chemistry as much as possible for inorganic and organic part. And for physical part, you can again solve the numericals.
