Perhaps I would suggest you to save after selecting every two options and after finishing the option entry, download a copy of it in PDF format. To cross check your options, whether they are successfully saved or not, just log out and then login and check whether the entered options are there or not. Please carefully read the rules and regulations on the counselling portal online to be perfectly sure about the entry of your college being successful. Also have a good look at the seat matrix for KCET for different colleges.

You are required to save your application multiple times to avoid any discrepancies.

Also having a good internet connection helps.
