Counseling session for MBBS admissions ends with the Mop-up round.This round is important as all the vacant seats are filled in each and every state in this round which are transferred by the All India Counseling board.

The mop-up round usually comes after two or three rounds of counseling. It is called the third round or left-out round too. The competition in mop-up round is high, and you cannot get admission if your score in NEET is less.
