How GATE score out of 100 is used to convert in marks out of 1000.

Hello dear student,

The number of marks that you have obtained in gate out of 100 multiplying the score into 10 for conversion. 

As for example you have scored 70 marks in gate then multiply it with 10 which is 70*10 making it 700 hence your marks are converted out of 1000.

Roii Can you tell me which PSUs hire after passing GATE exam in Mathematics,and other future options.

Roii I'm from 3rd year of Materials Science and engineering stream.I want to take job in PSU. But many of PSUs don't hire from engineerig sciences.My mathematics is good. I am totally confused from which branch i have to give GATE
exam.If you can suggest me that will help me a lot.
