Congratulation on your score. 168 is a decent score to get any good NIT if we consider last year cutoff score i.e 74 marks or around. As per your marks, you can get a lot of colleges of your preferred branch. But it is tough to get a seat in top NITs like Trichy, Surathkal, Rourkela, etc. In NIT Patna you can get EE and the list goes on. 

It will be better if you check your rank here https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor and check the last year cutoff of different colleges from Josaa website.

168 is very good marks in JEE MAINS.
