Hello Sribas,
I’m going to assume that you’re in high school in the junior or senior year. There are other essay competitions and scholarships available to middle school students and underclassmen, but the majority are for high school seniors because that’s how companies and non-profits best impact students’ ability to attend college.
Besides online sites, you can find scholarships from local non-profits and organizations. Talk to your guidance counselor too and see if she/he knows about any scholarships within your high school. Finally, keep your eyes on the news and on large corporations, they sometimes will publicize a scholarship.
Apply to all the scholarships for which you are eligible. There's an element of luck, not just skill, in who wins a scholarship. So the more scholarship applications you submit, the greater your chances are of winning a scholarship.
Don't skip the small scholarships and essay competitions. These scholarships are easier to win because fewer students apply.
Hope this helps.
