Firstly you need to qualify the NEET UG examination because admissions will be done based on the NEET score and rank. But admissions will be be done by state counseling. Each state will release it's state merit list based on the NEET merit list for which the candidates will be required to fill application form. You will have to register online and then go for document verification.
