Everyone has the ability to concentrate and concentration or focus is very essential to perform better in studies or I would say that every important task that you are performing you must do it with full focus to achieve good results.

- You can start doing  meditation. It will help you to stay calm.

- Create a proper study environment. Choose the right place to study where there is no disturbance or distraction. You should turn off your phone (if it is the distraction). Also, keep your work place clean and tidy.

- Make a proper schedule for your studies. Make a time table and follow it.  Study by understanding the basic concepts. At the end of the day revise everything that you have studied.

- Our body need proper rest also. You can take small study breaks in between. Go for a walk or play any game or do anything to refresh yourself. Also, eat healthy and stay fit.

- Have full faith and confidence in your hard work. Study with dedication and your dedicated hard work will pay off.
